Refund Policy

If this is your first paid membership and you are not satisfied, email FightIqueue@gmail.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. The guarantee applies to both the monthly ($9) and annual ($40) plan.

• Renewal payments are not covered by the money-back guarantee.
• If you did not mean to renew, contact us within 3 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it at our discretion.
• Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the current period, and your access continues until the period ends.

Email FightIqueue@gmail.com from the address on your account, or include the email you signed up with. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

A refunded membership ends immediately. Your account and training progress stay intact, and you keep free access to the fundamentals. You are welcome back as a paying member any time.

If something looks wrong on your statement, please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank. We resolve almost every issue faster and with less hassle this way.
